Meet Lilo. This sweet two year old was found by university students in Liberia. Extremely scared, emaciated, and with a wound on her hide end. Lilo has healed nicely, minus a tail that is a curly cue, which is endearing. She also has cool big ears. Lilo loves attention, loves the other dogs, and will make an amazing pet.
