Meet Ralf. This sweet puppy came in with three siblings and his mom, Rosa. They all were severely emaciated, had a terrible skin condition, and so scared of humans. Now they are starting to thrive, are healthy, and trust humans. Their skin is healing and these five month old puppies are full of love, happiness, and ready for a new loving home.
