What an awesome start!
I can’t thank everyone enough for the awesome support they’ve shown the launch of Guayabo Animal Rescue. We have so much work to do, but with this type of support we are surely going to succeed.
In the first month we’ve adopted two horses and four dogs to awesome families. We also sterilized many dogs, helped three dogs with our Hope Fund, brought in new donors, and had delicious fruits and vegetables harvested from our orchid and garden area. Oh, I can’t forget the amazing honey from our beehives. All food we share with others.
All our programs help people and pets because people FOR sure love their pets. Pets can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and playfulness, and even improve cardiovascular health. Pets help children become more active and secure, as well as help seniors with their activity level.
We are thrilled to have this chance to help people and animals in this beautiful area, and the more support – the more we can help!
